Climbing isn’t the only thing you can enjoy at Alta Climbing. We also have a fitness center as well as yoga classes. Yoga is not only enjoyable and relaxing but comes with a number of benefits:

  • Yoga helps with both stress relief and mood enhancement.
  • Yoga has a decreased risk of injury when compared to higher impact sports.
  • Yoga can improve your blood pressure and breathing.
  • Yoga can help you lose weight.
  • Yoga improves posture.

Yoga Essentials

Yoga doesn’t require a whole lot to participate, but having these things on hand will make it a better experience:

  • A yoga mat
  • Yoga blocks
  • Water bottle
  • A gym towel
  • A post-yoga snack
