It’s  SUMMER TIME! Please check the website often for group fitness schedule changes and specialty classes!

  • LATER CLASS TIME! ALTA-tude CYCLE  with Chris on Saturday mornings is starting at 8:15am (instead of 7:15am). Sleeping in is no longer an excuse for skipping your cardio on Saturdays 😉

    • The longest day and the shortest night is upon us! Welcome to the Summer Solstice. The Solstice is a moment, a passing, a turning point. The word literally means “sun stopped” – the day when the sun appears to stop moving in the sky. It is on this day when the sun and earth align in stillness.
