Kari began practicing yoga 6 years ago to help heal her body from years of sports injuries and health issues. After experiencing positive changes, Kari felt drawn to certify and help others find healing in their minds and bodies by using their breath in various types of yoga. Her main goal of every class is to have students leave happier and healthier than when they came.  When not teaching yoga or cycling, you can find Kari cheering her 5 kids on in soccer, football, swim and running events or adventuring somewhere awesome with her husband. Kari began climbing in her youth with her brothers and enjoyed competing in indoor speed climbing and bouldering contests through college. She won free gear but mostly had a blast pretending to be spiderman.


I’ve been teaching cycling for the past 13 years.  My training started with Les Mills RPM and over the past 5 years I’ve transitioned into freestyle cycling with Color Ride training  and most recently Stages Studio training. I’ve also been an NASM certified personal trainer. I am a stay at home mom raising my 3 boys 10,15,and 18.  I also enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, hot yoga, resistance training and indoor cycling in my free time.
