NEW CLASS! Yoga Nidra

AT ALTA CLIMBING IN GILBERT

LEVELS: ALL

In this 60 minute class you will do a few mindful yoga movements which will set you up for a rejuvenating science, sleep-based meditation practice through the “I Am” Yoga Nidra method which will be intentionally crafted to reset your bodies natural healing response for a mid-week pick me up!

*Feel free to bring your own sleep mask or comfy blanket to support this practice though blankets and mats will be available for use.

POUND Rockout Workout

ALTA-Tude Cycle

Take your *VO₂ Max to a HIGHER ALTITUDE! Join us for a concert on wheels in our state of the art Stages Indoor Cycling Studio!
Beginning cyclists and pro-level riders can all be in the same class working at their optimal training level. Riding with a power meter removes the guess work involved in estimating how well you are riding, how much work youve done, how many calories you’ve burned, etc… You will get “real time” feedback and a quantitative number (FTP= Functional Threshold Power) that tells you exactly how much effort you are expending, which enables you to track your progress and hit your goals.

Cyber Cycle

AUTOSTART Cycle Classes demonstrate bike set up,  display a layout of the workout plan, and provide coaching throughout the experience on our big screens. Time will fly by as you are enterTRAINED in our state of the art Stages Cycling Studio! *AUTOSTART classes are instructor-less, virtual experiences.

Vinyasa Flow

LEVEL: Beginner to advanced.
Strengthen and nourish both body and mind by linking breath with movement in this Vinyasa class consisting of basic to intermediate postures sequenced at a moderate pace. Suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered for beginner students.

Ascend Yin

YIN is the perfect complement to a busy Yang life. Slow down and focus on the connective tissues in your body as you tap into and reset your body’s stress response. In this 60 minute class, you will reconnect with your body’s innate ability to heal. In each class, you will focus on only 6-7 poses which be held for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes each. Class will end with a guided meditation and Savasana where you will relax and reward yourself with non-judgmental introspection and silence. This practice is slower paced and props will be used. Target and alleviate tightness in deep connective tissue, ligaments, and joints.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

LEVEL: Beginner to advanced.
Strengthen and nourish both body and mind by linking breath with movement in this Vinyasa class consisting of basic to intermediate postures sequenced at a moderate pace. Suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered for beginner students. Room will be warmed up to 90 degrees.
